maybe, make your life harder.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m making my life harder on purpose.

Moving countries, learning one more language, stumbling into self-employment, even though personal branding makes me want to run and hide.

I know it’s a privilege to even have the chance to do all this.

Maybe I could’ve stayed in the sunny corner of Switzerland where I grew up—a place so pretty it feels like stepping into a postcard.

But then... I wouldn’t have met all those people who make my days feel cozy and warm, even when Amsterdam is freezing and wet (because really, there’s not much else to complain about).

And I wouldn’t have stumbled through the messy, heartbreaking, and totally worth-it moments that nudged me to build a company around all the things I love.

So maybe making life harder isn’t always bad. I’d do it all over again.
