how I got into coaching.

In my time as a recruiter, I saw how people light up when they're genuinely curious and engaged in their work.

But back then, it didn’t feel the same for me. I was mostly worried about aligning my job with my values.

As a project manager, I partnered with big-name brands to make experiences more accessible. When I shifted to hiring, I focused on the candidates’ experience and making processes more inclusive.

I’m grateful that the companies I joined always allowed me the space and showed appreciation for how I approached my roles.

But I could never shake the feeling that I was neglecting some essential parts of the job.

Being surrounded by the most talented colleagues, I was constantly reminded of how committed they were to growing in their roles.

Then things changed, and after a layoff, I found myself crafting a job that was truly aligned with my values and strengths.

It feels somewhat meta that what fulfills me the most is supporting others in designing a path that fully resonates with them.

Long story short, I’m finally genuinely excited about my work.

If you are looking for a safe and supportive space to reflect and tap into what you truly care about, don’t hesitate to get in touch—that’s what coaching can be for you.
