is there just one job for us?

Did you know what you wanted to be when you grew up? I didn’t.

When it came time to pick a major at university, I chose the one that seemed like it would give me the most options later on.

Coaching? That didn’t even pop into my mind until last year.

My choices have always felt a little random, guided by whatever I was curious about at the time.

And many of the wonderful people I work with feel the same way and struggle with being unsure of what they really want to do.

But here’s the thing: the impact we want to have isn’t locked into just one job or career path. And we absolutely don’t have to commit to that one thing forever.

Our needs and values shift as we go through life, and our work should reflect that.

My coaching is all about finding what makes your heart happy and crafting a path that’s fulfilling, even if the destination keeps changing.
